Asylum Officer's Basic Training Course
Copies of many of the lesson plans of the Asylum Officer Basic Training Course are provided here. USCIS has made available to the public 28 different lesson plans ranging from the one-year deadline, to various bars to asylum, to the nexus requirement. It is material that Asylum Officers refer to when evaluating asylum cases. It may also be useful to cite to in your closing arguments or briefs in both affirmative and defensive claims.
