PROGRAMS - OUTREACH
RMSC works with expatriate groups to support their organizational growth and inclusion as decision makers in programs that affect their communities. RMSC facilitates networking between mainstream and expatriate communities and orients other agencies to RMSC services to enhance service delivery systems.
